Right kidney measures 7.5cmx4.6cm and left kidney measures8.4cmx4.7cm.normal in morphology.evidence of increased echogenicty of both the kidneys with loss of corticomedullary differentiation.what does it mean,this is mentioned in ultrasound report of my relative.so whether it is kidney disease or failure of both the kidneys.
